A nice scene captured my heart as I watched the girl hugged her mama. I must say, it was a very heart-catching moment with their tears of joy and appreciation. I celebrated my parents day wihout my parents, it's sad but I get used to it somehow.


          It's not new for me to celebrate school activities without their participation. I intend to be with my yaya since I was in elementary because of the same reason until now which is, "they are busy". Now, I am independent of these kind of celebrations because I kind of enjoy it naman somehow. Actually, I celebrated parents day in a tiring but fun way. Instead of thinking about how I should have been with my parents, I was embracing it by making use of my time to serve others. I was one of those students who helped the SSG officers to give out the snacks and seeing how they are happy with their children, it was a sympathy of joy that I felt with them.

    Moreover, it's nice to see the faces of the students that is full of love and gratitude for their parents. It made me realize that even though I never get the chance to be with my parents in this kind of celebration, I know that I'll be forever thankful for all the hard works and sacrifices that they have given to me and my siblings. To my Papa and mama, "Happy Parents Day!" I love you. 😘😘

Pre-Immersion Orientation and Send Off Ceremony            Attitude is more important than the achievements we have. In the pre-immersion orientation, I learned a lot of things and it widens my perspective in the idea of immersing. There are three simple yet strong learnings that I learned. One of the things I learned is to be neat and presentable in front of everyone that you  will look professional in appearance. Secondly, we must be true in writing our own resumes and application letters that we may be able to express our objectives and good intentions.
