My Simbalay  Experience “The best simbalay ever!” Before this year ends, I’m glad to share that this simbalay festival was the best among what I have experienced before. Lights are everywhere and the places were beautifully arranged, wherein all people can appreciate the beauty of each barrangay’s masterpiece. I appreciate how Nabunturan impro ved in such beauty with the magnificent nature and the kind-hearted people. Among the “kubo”, I love the Pangutusan’s hand-made house for it was build according to its abundant fruit which is the coconut. On the other note, my fun was not yet over with that experience. One of my memorable experienced in the simbalay was to participate a game in the gymnasium while we are waiting for the guests in the basketball court. It was probably a virtue with no choice in being there at the center with a huge crowd looking at you. It was embarrassing for me at the same time fun, though I can’t stop laughing while playing but even thou

A nice scene captured my heart as I watched the girl hugged her mama. I must say, it was a very heart-catching moment with their tears of joy and appreciation. I celebrated my parents day wihout my parents, it's sad but I get used to it somehow.           It's not new for me to celebrate school activities without their participation. I intend to be with my yaya since I was in elementary because of the same reason until now which is, "they are busy". Now, I am independent of these kind of celebrations because I kind of enjoy it naman somehow. Actually, I celebrated parents day in a tiring but fun way. Instead of thinking about how I should have been with my parents, I was embracing it by making use of my time to serve others. I was one of those students who helped the SSG officers to give out the snacks and seeing how they are happy with their children, it was a sympathy of joy that I felt with them.      Moreover, it's nice to see the faces of th

https://m.facebook.com/story.php?story_fbid=1324276621015440&id=347052068737905      "Humans are not for Sale!" We have the right to fight for our stand and dignity.      This  video shows the predictability of human trafficking. Human trafficking is a serious crime and a grave violation of human rights. As I watched the video, it shows how vulnerable we are in knowing people that we intend to trust.       Nowadays, people suffer from money crisis and they strive to earn for their families. In addition, they thought they could possibly trust someone to help them but instead they will become a victim of what we called "Human Trafficking."      To eradicate this serious crime, I want to sign a petition for the rights of those victims by posting in a certain site which is "change.org" wherein I could raise my voice to encourage others. Moreover, I will help those victims and share my knowledge about such things so that in my simple way

A Decoration to Remember        The month of December that seems so cold yet so exciting. Getting ready for gifts, foods, and decorations that complete the preparation of Christmas. My December was a blast, full of funny and stressful memories that challenged my spirit. As the year was ended, it extends me to remember some parts of it.         It was indeed a month to remember with the one decoration to remember. Seeing the product of our handwork could really give me a relieving sigh, saying "hmmm.. nahuman rajud". Conceptualizing it was the hardest one, nevertheless God gave us the wisdom to create a decoration that we could be proud of.         Having this decoration, gave us a lot of work and we really find effort to look for old newspapers to build the cone-shape tree. As I was making the cone-shape tree while my other group-mates rolled the newspapers, I was a bit nervous on how to finish that perfectly. As I was watching the YouTube video, it really
